EDIT: I'm not a person who thinks he is all that bad, so I will most likely receive many "thumbs down" on here. I believe it takes the Congress along with the President to run the government and yet our Presidents (all of them) always take the Rap, rather good or bad, without regard to our Congress having any input in what they did or didn't do.
