I'm getting a 2008 Mercedes Benz for my first car. Should I get it in Black !

Definately Black......I got a Cadilac XLR in black and that color is catchy, sophisticated and sharp esp. in the dark and very much so on a Mercedes Benz....But silver is alright too...so its a win-win for you.

Black. If you happen to dent it or something, it won't show as bad. Now, I'm not critisizing your driving, here...I'm just saying as a first car you might be really upset if you got in an accident...whether its your fault or not...and if you see a giant dent or scratch in a silver mercedes, it would suck more than seeing it in a black one.

Get silver. Black is hard to keep clean. Even though i admit, it does look better when cleaned to the fullest.

Silver is more visible (except in mist or fog) so it will be easier for others to avoid you and your erratic driving.
