to pray

Just relax and sit down... and think of the cure for sea-sickness. Sit under a nice tree!

Vertigo is a symptom. The remedy depends on what causes it. First get it checked out by your doctor. It could be an ear infection or something more serious. If the doctor can't find anything the matter with you (tell me about it!) it's probably emotional. Relax more and stop taking life so seriously.

live on the ground floor... keep away from heights!

seriously, I'm not really sure. I guess you (in the uk?) could see your GP in the first instance... if it's affecting you seriously, there are probably 'talking therapies' which might help...

and good luck - I know it can be serious and debilitating if allowed to get worse... if it IS affecting you much, please do do something about it, don't just leave it!

1. Get someone else to clean the bedroom windows
2. Contact a neuro-linguistic programmer - it's magic, I've seen it work for someone who had such a fear of heights that his bedroom curtains were never opened.

Seriously, same problem, babe, it is quite common get your BP checked for free at any university.

Not sure, but if it's causing dizziness you should get checked out. If it's not to bad, just lay off the salt and that might help some. Salt tends to raise our blood pressure and can cause dizziness. :D

Oh I've had vertigo since they operated on me a quarter century ago.
I ignore it,
& that feeling of falling down that goes w/it, I ignore too.
Sorry I am of no help but they can never find anything wrong w/me so I ignore it. I think my vertigo is a symptom of my migraines, which I acquired a quarter century ago when they operated on me.
