where i'm living right now, there's Church everyday. i usually go on Mondays and Tuesdays, sometimes i slack off on Sundays, in the other days, sometimes i'm a bit too busy.

No. I personally find it offensive that an organization feels that it can get me closer to my God for a few pieces of silver every week. I can talk to my God anytime I want. He can talk to me anytime He wants (which isn't that often actually, I think He's busy answering prayers in the Middle East). But what gives one man the right to play intermediary between myself and God? When I look at a system like the Catholic Church and assume that behind the doors of the Vatican there is phenomenal wealth then look at the abject poverty good Catholics around the world live in, I just see something wrong with organized religion. Then there's the pedophilia, the infidelity among ministers.... who was it, Orel Roberts? That got up and cried begging forgiveness for banging a hooker? Then did it again! (Hey if I just cry on TV they still send their money, sweet!)
Nope, I only go to church for weddings and funerals. If I want to see God and talk to him I only have to walk out to my garden and see the flowers, listen to the birds chorale, feel the breeze on my face to know He is there.
