Nope. I would probably figure that the pee would freeze and make me colder. I would think in the long run.
It would become cold quickly and may cool me even quicker! And don't forget the fact I'd die with my pee all over me. Yucky.
But if I knew it would for sure save my life, then I'd pee quite happily.
