Poll -If your troll was a contact of your contacts, what would you do?!
Question: and shouldn't said troll lay off their attacks during your time of personal crisis....I should think a mother would understand that taking your child to the hospital takes it toll..but perhaps she is too cute for reason.

Block them or ask the "good" contact to try to mediate with the "bad" contact and yes said troll should lay off. I have no idea what I just typed

Have you asked your contact about it? I know I would feel terrible if someone I knew was putting someone through that.
I saw some one that I knew for a fact was a troll and wa a contact of a contact .......I didn't say any thing to them about it, but about 3/4 weeks later my account was suspended......I had forgot about that until I saw this question.....I don't know if that particular troll had any thing to do with it but I will be more careful if I see that again,...and I can't remember who my contact was or the effin troll
If I found that a person who I considered a friend was using me to launch dirty attacks at other people..I would be very upset at such a betrayal.
I would want to know.
I hope it's not me, but I do have 5000 accounts. I've deleted a few people who've had problems with my contacts so that my contacts wouldn't be exposed to their "troll" when I stared their questions.
I've also kind of suspected this kind of crap of happening to me.
I usually just delete everyone (to avoid hurt feelings), in that case, then re-add only the people I trust.

I recently had a contact who told me of how she was being stalked with nasty emails. She wanted to warm me about this person, but I had never heard of her. If she did ever show up I would block her and warn others. . No one should have to put up with being harassed like that, least of all someone trying to deal with a sick child. The multiple accounts are a problem when someone is stalking. I'll never understand why people go after others to abuse and stalk them verbally here on YA...
I would tell them & ask them to block that person & then send out some alerts to my other contacts.
I think I would continue doing the same thing I am doing now.
I considered dropping some of our shared contacts, but if I have to lose the ones who make this fun for me. I'm not going to play this game anymore.
There is never a 'Good' time to be malicious and hateful.
You need to not worry of any of this BS until your baby is well.

I faced a similar dilemma today with someone who wanted to add me, but when I went through her contacts I found someone I have blocked. I hate being rude, but I just don't feel comfortable with that. Especially when I am trying to avoid that person. because he is a WEIRDO!
So sorry to hear someone is doing this to you right now. As a mother it makes me even more pissy. I remember the toll it took when mine was in the hospital for over a week. About killed me. I pray all goes well and she is feeling better soon. Ignore the ignoramices here ... or try to anyways ... your family is your first priority.

Unfortunately many trolls take pleasure in causing others pain and heartache. They are and will always be among us and when they are ready they will take us out. However we all have the ability to restart, which bites granted but it is always an option. Continue on as you are and deal with your troll when all is well because I doubt she is going anywhere.
