I would take the hot over cold. I have lived in both hot and cold and the cold can wear a person out much quicker then hot. Cold causes many more clothes to be worn, car problems, pipe problems, road conditions, and so forth. People in cold climates look older then they really are. Think cold effects many things compared to hot weather and air conditioners.
