Go shopping for stuff you'll need when her vacation starts...then you'll have more time for each other, lol.
Make a tent in your bedroom and tell your wife your going to live in it.
Talk to everyone around you in a matter-of-fact robot voice. Call up people if you must.
do something nice for her so when she gets home shell be surprised!!!!

Start making plans right now...as soon as she leaves for work start packing all of the bags...then just before she gets home...leave her a little note telling her how much you love her and that you'll see her soon...then, after she gets back home, come back and park in front of the house...and wait for her to come out and head to the attorneys office...and, she'll see you sitting there waiting for her...
