"I Believe" by Diamond Rio, or "If Heaven" by Andy Griggs. Songs like these remind me of very important people that were once in my life that I miss very much and think of often. I think about my father just about everyday since he passed away a few years ago and songs like these remind me of him. They also give comfort in reminding me that someday, hopefully, we will be together again. = )
"Vissi d'Arte," from "Tosca" by Puccini. It's funny, I'm not particularly fond of the late Maria Callas' singing, but her version gets me most choked up:
