i'm not ron but i'm guessing because they never invented one because they never thought of it. but i think they should because right now it sounds good even though i have never tried it. but i like mint ice cream.
Good question! They make peppermint schnapps and other mint liqueurs (those are more fun, however). Why not soda?
you can always make your own;
those ice cream/sno cone syrups and mix with some tonic water.
