I don't own a TV surprisingly. But my father hates to hear my mom talk so he puts it on 64, and we have surround sound too, lol.

During warmer months I set the volume way up on Channel SKY 743..it's a 70's R&B (non-stop) music channel. I open my terrace doors so Mrs. Pietrobelli can hear it too. She's my 80+ neighbor lady who enjoys my music taste...you should see her try to ballare...it's scary, but cute.
