We are all prepared now that they are sending us $600 to stimulate the economy. It is supposed to help us if our homes are losing value.

What recession?
Even in times of recession, there is always investment opportunities. It's a matter of being careful & don't invest all your savings,,,,
I alway put something aside in good & bad times. So, I should be able to weather this coming one,,,,currency (euro)are good now,,,when it's bad, properties can be bought cheap but you got to prepare to hold for at least 10 years,,,,
I already prepared. I left the country three years ago..... I get paid in ￥ now, not US$.
