Actually most countries don't want America to help them. It seems America has a mentality of being the world police; when the world doesn't want them to be the police....I thought that's what the U.N. was for.
That's not always the case. Some of the time, the USA forces itself onto another country so that the country has no choice but to ask for its help.
Because America helped get them INTO the tight spots? At least in Australia's case... thanks John Howard, fantastic idea agreeing with Bush to send troops into a country nobody except the politicians wanted to invade...
