What do you think of this situation at the university of delaware?!

I happen to be a minority, just in case you can't tell by my avatar, and I was recently accepted to the University of Delaware and I am seriously considering going there in the fall . However, I think that the university requiring the residence hall students to come to terms with "all whites" being "racists" is completely and utterly absurd. Where is this coming from, I was under the impression that the University of Delaware was filled with educated scholars....so, are they trying to say that blacks can not be racist?? that makes absolutely no sense. I really think that this is going to alter my perception on the University of Delaware and maybe I may want to rethink going there in the fall because it seems like this schools has some serious issues.

i think offering help is okay but i think the rest of that is crap.
So much for, "Shining Beacons of Education"..... US Universities are rapidly loosing the edge on foreign institutions. This only speeds up the process.

That's like a university saying " We promote ignorance ". I don't know about you Akmed, but I would steer clear of that one.
the only reason why racism still exists today is because minorities make it still exists. one thing doesnt go right for them, and the play the racist card. that goes for a lot of discrimination too. whites have it just as hard and are treated unfairly too.
