just make sure you major in something that is going to be useful and practical. otherwise once you graduate you wont know what to do with your life. and i dont advise that!

If you want to be sure you'll always have a job no matter what, go for Pre-Nursing . There is a major nursing shortage out there. In many states hospitals are paying nurses bonuses to work for them (A hospital near where I live will pay a bonus of $5,000 if you agree to work for them for 2 years).
i have alevels in all bussiness related subjects so i would have if i did university again gone for law or journalism or worse case economics...something very solid a degree that was worth the money and would be a good back plan!! just incase......!
