i like both. but i would have to say FRIED!!!
with chicken, beef, pork, shrimp, scallops... yummy the combination fried rice with soy sauce.... mmmm

tough as they both are good. yummy go ahead and steam it then gentle fry and add all your goodies of choice with it. different however, oh so good. sorry i cheated by doing them both. either way i lost as to many steamed and to Many fried. Lolz thanks/Joann
