My art teacher once said 'she loves art but she can't draw' - I've now got a degree in Illustration and work as a professional artist. Ha ha!
Oh, and my English teacher said that my handwriting looked like 'anaemic spiders walking across the page'. I was actually quite proud of that.
Funny you should say that, Happy Murcia, my form tutor wouldn't count time spent in the art room as study periods - she knew I'd spend my lunchtimes there if necessary, and it was the only way to get me to work on my other subjects!
It said I was an excellent pupil, honest and trustworthy and functioned well in my duties as prefect and was an asset to the school in competitive sport.
Nicky could do alot better - more concentration and less chat! blah, blah, blah, blah, blah!
