Why doesnt gas stations in Pennsylvania sell beer, but they have beer drive thru!
Question: Is their any other states that doesnt sell beer at gas stations.. i am from West Virginia, but i am in PA alot, because my boyfriend is a boss on a drilling rig and he is from PA.....

yeah, it is damn stupid, I live in PA and have to go to either a state store for whiskey/rum/liquor or go to a distributor to get beer. it would be awesome to have the luxury of buying alcohol in grocery/convenience stores

Yeah, you have to go to the state store, beer distributors or pubs and bars to get any alcohol and yes is sucks!! They really need to start selling in grocery stores. Sheetz gas station started selling it a few years ago but, they had it taken away.
I grew up in Ohio.....the legal drinking there was 19 until the seat belt law went into effect. It was nice though and you can buy alcohol any where there too.
After prohibition back in the 30's Every State has their own laws about the sell of alcohol...I live on a dry county in which you can not buy alcohol on Sundays and after 2:00 am.
Laws change from COUNTY to COUNTY so, see if the county next to yours sell beer at gas station.
