I asked this question all ready, but got hardly any responses?!

Question: I do need an answer here...
I had a miscarriage about a month ago, i got my first period 3 days ago since it happened. well it is really really heavy still... im having a little bit of cramping, but im bleeding really heavily. is this normal? i asked this in women's health, but the only answer i really got was someone said it was the fetus coming out. lol, ok the fetus was removed a month ago so, i dont believe thats it...
so is it normal that im bleeding a lot?

It is possible, but you should call your doctor to make sure.

why the hell would any one come on YA an ask a question like this

ok ok, calm urslef there tinkerbell, im just asking

Maybe you should just see your gynacologist. The answers you will get here are not reliable enough to stake your health on.

You are going to have a little excess bleeding after the miscarriage. That is not abnormal as you still have some cells hanging onto your lining. I will suggest that you call your OB/GYN as this is an issue that is going to be specific to you and the way your body operates. You may need to have them go in and clean it out--D&C. That may give you a fresh start and keep any scar tissue from forming which will make it more difficult to conceive at a later date.

As a side note, I am terribly sorry of your loss and I will keep you in my prayers.

i've had 3 miscarriages and i don't recall bleeding heavily a month later.
my friend did bleed heavily for 2-3 months and she found out her pregnancy was tubal, so although they did a d/c, they really did not get the fetus.
if it doesn't let up in a day or two, call your dr. something else could be going on.
