So yes I am ... why people choose to live a mean, nasty, unfriendly life is just beyond me. I have known a lot of happiness and reaped many rewards by choosing to be nice ... I wouldn't have it any other way.

yes, but I have mood swings, so maybe one day I'll appear fun and friendly and the next week I'll be bitter and boring. But I try to look friendly all the time, I am in custumer care area, so I kinda have to.
