I don't know I don't keep track everyday is a family function
Most of the major holidays we have some kind of family gatherings.
Christmas and Thanksgiving. We used to meet for Easter to but not anymore.
About 5. All of our family lives over 500 miles away.
too many to count (: me and my family are extremly close, to both of my parents sides. Family is really important to me, i love being with them ?

WE MOVED 400 MILES FROM MY FAMILY AND 1,500 FROM HIS FAMILY.
birthdays, valentines, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter...all the big days actually... anniversaries...!!, weddings, funerals.. every once in a month..... and ofcourse it brings out family fueds, the screaming, the cant do this anymores but in the end of the day its a day spent with the people i love and who'll be there... =)

As many as possible. I love being with my mom and dad. And I know their time is growing shorter everyday.
