I would undo that same sex couples can adopt. What you do in your bedroom is your business but if it can't happen naturally, we shouldn't let it happen. Women who can't conceive or men with low sperm count are fine, they could have had children baring something wrong with them. There is no way two women or two men are ever going to have children naturally.
immunity for the high citizen. if anyone screws up, they get the punishment immidiatly.
