It's a whole picture thing...can't break it down, sorry. Confident, (but not cocky) and intelligent is a necessity. I dated a guy in high school who was gorgeous, and very sweet but dumber than a box of rocks, and it was a deal breaker. (18 years later, come to find out he's gay, lol!)
AFTER I know he is smart and has confidence--I love eyes, and smile. Oh, and BUTT! :)
(My husband has all that! Don't settle, guys!)

I tend to notice missing teeth or missing fingers. I have nothing against the lack of either, it just catches my eye and makes me wonder..............
the first thing i really notice on a woman (other than the typical boobs/butt) is the kind of clothes she wears.... it says a lot about who she is... if she dresses up (high maintenance / successful) or wears casual stuff (down to earth / one of the guys) and other tells than can give you an idea of what kind of girl she is........ i've learned to read women by their sense of style..... =)
