yes, and it's aggravating! I should have moved on a long time ago and I didn't and I wasted three years. I guess it wasn't really a waste because I learned but there was so much crying! I didn't want to give up, I didn't want to believe there could be "too little too late." But I came to realize in my particular case that my ex would wait until he could tell I was about to leave and then he would do some little token gesture to show he cared, but it was never enough and it never lasted and it always went back to the same crap. Then I would get sick of it and want to break up and he would do it again, some little gesture to keep me happy, and once I was happy he would go to his old ways. Insanity I tell you! There is no way you can fix something when there is a case of too little too late. Move on!

I think anyone who has cared about someone in any form or fashion will have to say yes. After all, no one is perfect and we all make mistakes. So my answer is yes.
It is never too late to apologize. If you are trying to make things right with the person wronged it does not mean that you get the outcome that you were seeking. If you are trying to make things right for you, than you intention is what makes it too little too late.
Once with a guy I dated in high school. I messed things up terribly and once I realized it felt horrible. Had I not told him how I felt, we would of never broken up. But since I was honest and told him he wouldn't get over it, so we ended up breaking up. I really hated that. I mean that was 6 years and lots of experience ago, but I still hate things had to end so badly. Oh well! At least we've had a chance to talk after it happened and can sorta talk now even though he isn't the same.
Often times it is never a case of too little too late. If you can't make it right, at least trying to make it right, makes it a little right to you.

Yep. I tried. But the other party just wouldn't have it. Sometimes staying angry forever just doesn't resolve anything.
