Granted it will be near impossible to get yourself up and going but once you do, the endorphines kick in and snap you out of your funk. A side benefit is that you'll be healthier and in better shape so your self esteem will rise.

Eating a tub of ice cream, lol, jk, what i do is i do some of the things i like to do to get whatever is bothering me off my mind for a while like listening to music, or watching a movie. Or you could talk to someone about it to get it off your chest ( I dont do that, but it coud help )

Paint urself red

When I'm feeling down, not being alone for a while tends to help me. Spending time with friends or family and getting your mind off things you're going through might help. I also have a therapist, and talking to her usually helps! Others can give you a perspective on things that you'd hadn't seen before.

It also helps me to think that the world isn't as bad as I think it is at that moment- it's the fact that I'm having a down day that's clouding my judgment.
