AND I also walk out because the first thing I do is check out the restrooms (how clean they are shows how clean the place is, and oh MAN there are some places that should be shut down because the bathrooms are filthy) Adequate soap, toilet paper, and towels is REALLY important.
How they look is also important, if they don't care how they look, they don't care about what they are making, or being careful about ANYTHING.

I also would call the manager (unless this WAS the manager (eek)) afterwards and let them know why they will not get your business.

No, but once I was in the bathroom at a Jerry's Sub Shop and one of the food prep guys came out of one of the stalls... he bypassed the sink and went right to work at the food prep area... I made a bigger stink then he did in the bathroom right in front of all the customers... Imagine if he prepared your sub and didn't wash his hands after taking a dump !
