I don't think so actually - it always seems to be a compromise.
It could be. In some circumstances, but overall no. Even anyone's real life isn't a dream-fairy-world. Even if we love to live in the moment.
There would always be something wrong with it...

Free will makes the best of all worlds whatever world we live in at the time.
It will never be prefect but it will be the best.
It is like the person who votes for No Best Answer when an answer exists. The fact an aswer exists automatically maes it the best. Voting No Best Answer is an insult to the person who took the time to write something thoughtful down.
Man will never reach Utopia as long as man can disagree among himself.
But every world a man can enjoy or endure automatically is the best of all worlds for man at that instant.
So no, it is not possible but it will seem that way to those who enjoy the world they live in.
