What could I have bought with the dollar that my bank stole from me?!
Question: Today I signed up for a Half.com seller account, where they state that there is NO FEE for signing up. You only have to provide a CC number to verify your age. Never mind all of that, the point is the NO FEE part.
Well today, there appeared a charge on my bank statement for a CC authorization fee of $1.00. So much for no fees! If Half.com doesn't take a fee, my bank will!
Think of all the stuff I could have bought with that $1.00! Four packs of Juicy Fruit! Three packs of Ramen noodles! Seven boxes of matches! Two and a half stamps! Three oatmeal cookies from McDonald's! Two Kiwi fruits from Winn-Dixie!
Help me out here! What else could I have bought with my dollar? Best answer gets the ten!
