When the party is over, and you are tired but guests won't leave, how do you!

You just walk up to them and say, "well, thanks for coming. It was great to see you again. Sorry I'm so tired. Next time we'll have the party at your house."
If they don't get the hint then they are stupid.
With the biggest smile on my face, I simply say:" Oops, what do you know? The booze is finished?"

what always worked for me is i just say time for me to go to bed and thanks for coming as i start putting stuff away and cleaning up or just say good night i have to go to bed i will clean in tomorrow.
yell oh no we're outta liqour... or say oh no its the cops!
or even just yell after party at (insert name)'s house!!!
You don`t do it politely. That doesn`t work. Tell them You don`t have to go home but you`ve gotta leave here.
haha this is hard. I suppose I would just keep hinting about how tired i am! Start a conversation about how much you have to accomplish the next day and just keep hinting to how tired you are....yawn a few times...lol i hope they get the hint...If not just state you're "going to bed, and you hope everyone had a good time" lol that's what i'd do then start helping them get their belongings together... :) hope that helped!
