I could manage. There are plenty of country in the world with no traffic lights and very few traffic laws at all. It's a dangerous but survivable free for all.

No. If there was no traffic lights....i wouldn't be alive. Like i don't mind traffic lights but the red lights are too longg!! and i loose pacience!!
I think so. They are starting to do that in Europe with surprising results. Less wrecks and incidents.
