Question: I love the original more. I know the new one is closer to Roald Dalh's book which I love he is a great author but I wsa just too creeped out by Depp. He reminded me of a pedophile.

Haha. Johnny Depp cracks me up in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. He doesn't really frighten me. Just goes to show how well he can change and play a new part in every movie.
But Willy Wonka will always seem the best to me.

The original definitely! Willy Wonka was good (loved the ompa lompas!). The new version was a bit more.....weird? Sadistic? I agree, Depp put me in mind of a pedophile too!
the original is the best no one canplay willie woka better than Gene Wilder plus Roald Dahl wrote the original screenplay and i like the tunnel
and they put a whole lot for vertically challenged people out of work when they made the new one by using Deep Roy as all the Oompa Loomas
