I've come to terms with my facial features, which I used to hate. I guess I would have my boobs made smaller and perkier, but I'm not prepared to pay through the nose for it.

Well I'm not that beautiful but i take pride in my own face and i like the way i am.
We are all not perfect but if plastic surgery is what you want, only you can make that choice. Just know this you still have to love yourself because if you don't regardless of how much money you spend to beautify yourself....you still will not be happy...i don't know how old you are but gorgeous people have their problems also. Just go to the average grocery store and see how many problems "so called beautiful people have"

I would consider some things. I would love to have my teeth re done. They have been terrible my entire life. I take care of them and they are still bad so i would love that. I always joke about getting breast augmentation because I have a smaller chest but I don't believe I would really get it done if I had the money.
I've had breast reduction and absolutely love the result and comfort. I don't rule out more work when I'm older but I think it's a very personal choice and no one should be judged for whatever choice they make.
