I haven't had an Easter dinner in a couple of years but I love ham with mac and cheese, sweet potatoes, greens, bread, and a nice dessert. Ahh the good old days.

My favorite Easter dinner is (well at my grandmothers) is Lasagna, (Las-an-ya) mashed potatoes,chicken,fruit and veggies,corn,and mac and cheese.There's alot of stuff I don't like, though. Well... dinner on Easter at my gramdma's is like a buffet!
Turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, peas, carrots, rolls and some ice tea.
I do like lamb but I can't cook it very well, and local restaurants don't prepare it.
I'm not a fan of ham, and it was a sin to eat in Jesus time, because it was considered unclean.

It ends up being things that everybody likes and wants. Turkey and ham, yams, mashed potatoes, gravy, cranberry sauce, home made lemon meringue pies and cheese cakes. That is not all of it, but most of it. LOL
I'll check back to see if I need to thumbs up some others that get thumbs down. : )
