Oooh that's a toughie. I love old muscle cars, but the upkeep is kinda high. Plus, finding parts can be a pain in the butt, and any marks in the paint are a catastrophe.
I really would rather have a brand new vehicle. Preferably a hybrid.

Even a completely restored muscle is still going to stop you the old way. Trust me, given a choice, unquestionably go new! I've done old Jags and a new Viper. You can look good in the old but the new has a sense of security when you want to let out the ponies, of which on this car, very few old muscles can match. Nice to drive a beauty, but nicer to drive a beauty and a beast at the same time.
