How much time to spend watching television?!

Every night before I go to sleeep, so I'd say about two hours. Oh my God, it the end of my life I would have spent 7 years watching television.

I have a TV, but never watch television. Don't even have it hooked up for that. Just use it for DVD's. Stop watching TV for a few days, and I bet you won't miss it. We've been without for three years. At hotels I often don't even think to switch it on. But when I do, I realize exactly what I'm not missing. It's basically dreadful and a waste of time (as opposed to answering questions on Yahoo! Answers), in my opinion.
too much. I make monday a "no tv day" other wise about three hours a day
