Im SCARED with SCARYNESS?!
Question: Ok well im the only one AWAKE in my house and I just got watching a scary movie so i slept upstairs (so if the monsters try to get in the back wall it will give me more time to get my weapons) anyway so Im scared now. And how do I get over my scariness phobia thing?

Think of yourself as one of the monsters instead of as someone they might want to "get". Works for me!
