i'd put my money one. i mean, i know i have a higher iq than bush, and although i highly disagree with his politics, bin laden is very intelligent. he is charismatic and influential enough to have gathered a very impressive following, and he's been illusive enough to stay hidden from many countries armies (as far as we know). i'd say that he is one of the more talented leaders of our time. it's a shame he didn't use his skills for a more noble purpose, or at least better for the greater good.

Very true. Bush cant even speak proper English. My English teacher corrected his grammer and she found ******* LOT of mistakes. When Bin Laden speaks in his videos he uses better english grammar than Bush and he is not even speacking english.

Well, I haven't taken their IQ tests....but bin Laden certainly has a very high IQ..and some of the bloopers made by Bush really does create doubts about his IQ.

I beleive it, the educational systems are way better in that country, and they expect more from the students too. they teach them things they need to know at earlier ages too. They got us beat for sure.
Well i would say he does, he has the intellegence not to be found,still controls groups without anyone knowing where he is,except for his followers,who dont give him up, i personally dont like any of them, bush doesnt do all things by himself he has others to confide in and make decissions,as well as leaders in other countries.Its a pitty bin-laden didnt put his brains to better use instead of what he stands for. it is horrific
Ok, so everyone apparently thinks President Bush is a complete idiot. He can't be THAT dumb, he got elected PRESIDENT. And even though he's not the best president, just achieving that position takes a lot more intelligence and determination than most people probably have.
As for Osama Bin-Laden... Yes, he is smarter than President Bush, but it's not because "Bush is stupid," it's because Bin-Laden is probably one of the smartest dudes ever. He's also charismatic and motivated. With these things all going for him, it's no wonder he's managed to do so much damage on such a "small budget."
