Ice Cream, fresh out of the freezer, please. It comes in more flavors, is readily available, and has a nicer texture than the other two.

Frozen yoghurt. Ice cream has excessive calories, doesn't always taste good... a good cup of frozen yoghurt has a great texture and taste to it, and I can always find a flavour that is good.
