No but i do floss before brushing my teeth. Usually brush twice a day...!!!

no!! I should though because I have braces. I just brush my teeth in the morning and before I go to sleep. :o)

i do it 3 times a day and i floss once a day. i do not brush after lunch and do not brush till i go to bed at night like 5 hours after i eat dinner.
