Question: I need to apologize to a contact in ask yahoo, but he doesn't accept any e-mails and I think I'v e been blocked. Is there a way to make an apology...?? or find him again?...I really want to cement this english/usa relation ..and give him a hug

Well, if this is just an online acquaintance, do you really feel it's worth it to apologize?
Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that you can't develop genuine friendships with someone you meet on the Net...but if you've never met the guy in person or even talked to him on the phone, do you really feel that much of an emotion connection to him to try and save the friendship?

There must be a reason why he has blocked you from sending e-mails. If I was you, I wouldn't bother any more, and even though I can appreciate that you want to make an apology you have tried your best and you can't do any more than that. Just move on and make more friends but it's best not to get too involved, not on the net anyway.
