someone making that whiny noise "uuuuuhhh!" over and over. or a really really high shriek.
The sound that gets me is that high high pitched squealing outside the localo shop supposedly to deter the hooligans that gather outside except im 28 and it kills my ears even when driving past. 24 hours and id have hung myself!
When you get old,like me,the sound of a young child crying really drives you up the wall.
