Even though I live in "rabbit central" ... SoCal high desert where there are rabbits jumping over rabbits and coyotes ... I have never had the pleasure of experiencing deep fried rabbit. We shot and skinned one once but then heard about the tumors and all that the wild ones have so we decided against it and tossed him out back for the wild animals to eat.

But I'll try anything once so let's do it.
