Well, I couldn't play guitar without one of my arms, but I could even walk without a let. So probably a arm. But I would rather keep all my limbs.
An arm, and I can get a prosthetic arm. Hopefully it will be a bionic one so I can throw some bad people high in the air and over the buildings. Start making a list of people you want thrown around.

I'd rather lose an arm too, you can do everything with one arm; the effort is still there in what ever you're doing, its just cut in 1/2 because you only have 1 arm, "2 arms are always better that one."
Without a leg you're mobility is pretty much shot. You're screwed without 2 legs. I mean, you're gonna work out your arms to the max in a wheal chair, and that can be hard and stressful.
