You want the top 1/3rd of lesbians towards the 'hot' scale
and you want 2 hot ones (so that would be like 1/9th)
And assume that 5% of couples are exhibitionists
And the ages are 18-30 (and a lifespan of 70), that would be 12/70
So that is 0.05 * .11 * .05 * 12/70 = 0.0000476 or 0.00476%

Well as far as I know there are like 12 of those in the world. So since there are 6 billion people in the world, and 24 of them make up those 12 couples....like...maybe....1 to 5? I'm no math major though.
