Question: This sounds like it could have come from the 'zen of time management'. I wonder what wasting time inefficiently would imply, maybe that would be to not know that is what we are doing. To be efficient at wasting time, may then mean that we can consciously use our time in a way we choose, without guilt or worry of what others think of our actions. Then of course if time is an 'illusion', then to waste an illusion would always be efficient..... Nice question
