Well technically 62 is the minimum to avoid frozen pipes. I pretty much only have my heat when I am cold. Though normally I feel warm so I keep it off.

Seriously there is a part of the dial that actually reads comfortable!
It is set there.
Standard room temperature range -- 68 in the winter, & 72 in the summer. If 68's too cold for you, dress warmer. If 72's too warm, use a fan -- these temps are the most economical over-all.
I like to keep it anywhere between 74 and 77. I like it warm :)
