Condo on the beach.
I used to live in a place where log cabins were EVERYWHERE. I always got claustrophobic whenever I was in one.
Cabin in the mountains for sure! Nothing more beautiful then a mountain view with a sunset.

it just depends on the time of year. i like them both so much. been to the beach many,many times, but never a cabin in the mountains. grundle goat went, and posted pictures, i managed to talk my husband into going to the same place, so we will probably go in may or june.
1 week in the mountains followed by a week at the beach (2 weeks paid vacation)

Unless it was like where that movie "Wrong Turn" was. You know, with all of the inbred cannibals. That was kind of scary. So yeah....maybe beaches are better. They have less cannibals.

Depends on the time of yr. Cabin in winter, condo in the summer. That way I can lie in the sun on the beach to soak up some rays.
