Yes!OMG it's so annoying, I get this error everyday whenever I try to submit a question..., it's because you answered too many questions and Yahoo ban your account from answering questions :( You have to wait at least one day if you want to answer questions again..or you can use a proxy server :)

edited: i see that you can answer unlimited questions becaue you are in level 6..

No, but I've had it before and checked it out. It has to do with too much from one server for some insane reason, give it a minute and it will go away.

i read something about this very error code 999 last night, if i remember correctly it has some thing to do with a yahoo cde for no given reason.
