Question: I think I would feel awkward without my keyboard in front of me
Answers: I think I would feel awkward without my keyboard in front of me
I'd probably awkwardly making conversation. "So. . .um. . .you don't like anything like your avatar. Um. . .so, how about that Judas Rabbi?"
i would be scared!
akwaaaaaaaaaaard until you started chatting
Yea same here.
Easier said then done.
I've met one and he and I talk all the time.
depends on how hot the other person is. ??
I hope I wouldn't be either
I would be sooo happy if I got to see him. He's awesome!!!!!!
You know, I would just walk up confidently, and talk to the person. I would treat it like as if I was at a party and I had to meet new people.. no big deal! :-)
Plus, most of my contacts are funny and/or nice :-)
I wouldn't be speechless that's for sure! I would probably talk a lot but not too much! :) I was going to meet a contact on here but we decided not to.
i'd feel wierd without my monitor in front of me
I would be talking a mile a minute, and I would say a lot of dumb things while looking for the EDIT button, and I would ask stuff like, how do you do spell check on this conversation... mind you I had this really weird feeling, I actually wrote a letter by hand, - that doesn't happen a lot nowadays, and I kept visualizing words underlined in red... lol
And it was weird to see that none of my handwritten words would appear underlined in red... hahaha
and the... what I would do, I would be making too many dumb jokes, and that's because I feel awkward, and that's actually a coping mechanism for me.. yup.. I babble. :))
Nervous as hell, but I think all will go well. ~~Peace~~
It depends. Some people hit it straight off and awkwardness vanishes with "hello". Anyone who is articulate with a keyboard, is capable of talking a mile a minute with the right person. Some people just connect. It's hard to explain.
