I swear I saw them !!! They were right there in aisle 3 at the 7 - 11 . When I pointed them out to the fat gentleman who was looking for them he said, " Thank you , Thank you very much ! " Then he picked up the canned sweets and left.

Some things are true whether you believe them or not.
From what I've been told they grow and can them in Iowa, but I can't be really sure as I've never seen a canned Yam. And I never cease to be amazed at what intellectual facts I learn from my contacts on Yahoo Answers. By the way, It's always been my life long dream to see a yam.. Ahhh, maybe some day...

i've seen them, i couldn't believe it but there they were, sittin on the shelf at the grocery store like they had something to be proud about. as if they were in the same class as the fresh ones..
